1. Acceptance of Terms

PageFork is a service provided by ZNiTech Kft. By creating an account and using our AI-driven landing page platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services and Account

PageFork provides AI technology to help users generate, customize, and host landing pages. You must provide accurate information (full name, email, billing address) when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Payments and AI Credits

  • Currency: All prices are in EUR unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment Processor: Payments are securely handled by Stripe.
  • AI Credits/Subscriptions: Our service operates on a credit-based or subscription model as outlined on our pricing page.
  • Non-Refundable Policy: Due to the immediate activation and consumption of digital resources (AI processing and credits), all payments are non-refundable.

4. No Right of Withdrawal (Hungary/EU)

As per European Union consumer protection laws and Section 29, Paragraph (1), Point m) of Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) on detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of digital content provided on non-material media (such as online services and AI-generated content), provided that the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they will lose their right of withdrawal.

By purchasing services or credits on PageFork, you expressly consent to the immediate commencement of the service and acknowledge the forfeiture of the right to withdraw from the contract.

5. User Responsibility and Content

You are solely responsible for the content, legality, and accuracy of the landing pages you create. While our AI suggests content, you MUST review all text, images, and legal information before publishing. ZNiTech Kft. is not liable for errors or legal issues arising from AI-generated suggestions.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use PageFork to create content that is illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or violates intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZNiTech Kft. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our service or the performance of the generated landing pages.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Szeged, Hungary.
